Rotary's work is done through the four avenues of service, which are the same in all Rotary clubs world wide. Each club member is assigned an activity or project, through which he / she participates in Rotary's services.

The four avenues of service are:

Club service -manages the day to day activities of the individual club, as well as fellowship and social events.

Community service - extends services to the local community, via support to local activities or projects.

International service - bridges between the local community or the local club and their counterparts world wide. This committee undertakes projects in foreign countries, in most cases through the local club there.

Vocational service - primary deals with youth and vocational advancement in the community.

Most Rotary projects have their routs in more than one avenue of service, and most members are active in several capacities. Please view the links on the side bar to learn about the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill activities. Feel free to contact each of the committees' chairpersons as listed on our home page for any information, suggestions and requests.
