Working Meeting

President Richard distributed the strategic plan document that was prepared in the fall of 2016.  It includes areas of focus for the club based on future goals and projects that our members voted for at the time.

We are recommended to review and update our strategic plans every three years.  As we approach the three year mark this fall, it is a good time to remind ourselves of what is in the plan and begin the review.

Our first step is to determine whether the goals we chose in 2016 are still applicable.  Many are, but some, such as the TV Auction, are now moot.

Richard will email the strategic plan summary to the entire club.  Each member should review it and let Richard know their two top general priorities for the club.  (e.g. Membership, Fundraising, Member Engagement, etc...)
