Ingrid Taheri came to speak to us from High Notes Avante, a wonderful organization dedicated to supporting those in need of mental health assistance in our community. Mental illness is an important issue that touches almost every family.

This April 28, they will be having a fund raising Gala at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts.
