Terry Fox Tribute

Yesterday, people came from across York Region and beyond to pay tribute to Terry Fox, the heroic Canadian who inspired the annual Terry Fox Run.  A beautiful statue was unveiled at Ransom Park in Richmond Hill in tribute to Terry.  In attendance at the event were Hon Rezza Moridi MPP for Richmond Hill, RH Rotary Past President and local Terry Fox champion Nasir Azam, Hon Kathleen Wynne Premier of Ontario, Nazhia Nasir, RH Rotary President Dr. Emmanuel Abara, and his wife Nkeiru Abara.
